Hello, my name is Deborah. I am passionate about working with children and am known for my intentional and caring approach. Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of serving over 5,000 newcomer families and children, witnessing firsthand the challenges of keeping young ones active and engaged through all the seasons in Canada. As a mother who loves the outdoors, I am dedicated to fostering active lifestyles for children. My core values are love and acceptance, ensuring that every child feels valued and has a sense of belonging, especially when in the care of others. I believe in creating dynamic environments where children can thrive, rather than just being supervised. I hold a Vulnerable Sector Check, a First Aid certificate, and am currently completing my Level One Early Childhood Education certificate.
