Momentum AGM Kids Zone Service Terms:

By dropping off your child at the Kids Zone for our event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Supervision: Children will be supervised by qualified childcare providers throughout their stay at the Kids Zone.
2. Emergency Contact: Please provide accurate emergency contact information. We will contact you immediately if needed.
3. Allergies and Medical Conditions: Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions your child has. We will take necessary precautions but are not liable for allergic reactions that may occur. Food will be provided and parents are welcome to bring food if preferred.
4. No Leaving Zoo Premises: Parents/guardians are not permitted to leave the event premises while their child is at the Kids Zone.
5. Liability Waiver: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of your child, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen accidents or injuries.
6. Sick children: will not be accepted into the kids zone.
7. The childcare providers will:
• Come and get you if your child is crying for longer than 15 minutes.
• Come and find you if your child’s behavior is disruptive to the staff, other kids and property.

In case of fire, children will exit the closest building door with the childcare staff and meet parents outside.
